Centrifuge issues and services tokenised assets, with Centrifuge V3 providing infrastructure for asset managers, issuers and curators to launch, manage and distribute on-chain fund and RWA products. Founded in 2017, Centrifuge combines multi-chain EVM smart contracts, hub-and-spoke pool infrastructure, vaults, share-token mechanics, on-chain accounting, compliance hooks, the Centrifuge Network Foundation (CNF), Centrifuge Labs, and product-level fund, issuer, custody and compliance components where required for Centrifuge-issued claims. External base chains, external DeFi venues and non-exclusive front ends sit outside the Centrifuge boundary except as settlement rails, integrations or access surfaces.
